Go to the Contact Us page and send us your order. We'll phone or email you to verify ordering information. Since your selection is custom-made, it will be mailed to you within 3-4 weeks of receipt of payment. Some items may require longer to design, depending on the availability of the glass bead designers specialty items and other materials.
Bracelets are sized to small (approximate wrist size 6"-6 1/2"), medium (approximate wrist size 7"-7 1/2")and large (approximate wrist size 8"-8 1/2"). Necklaces would be approximately sized for 16", 17" or 18" sizes. Special sizing is also available. Just let us know what you would prefer.
Gold-Filled wire is jewelry-quality wire that is made using a process that bonds 14K gold with other quality metals to give it extra strength, durability, luster and flexibility. This bonding is far superior to 14K electroplating because the gold is a thick, strong layer rather than a microscopic layer of electroplated gold. It is not a process that wears or chips off because it is a strong bond of metal throughout. Gold-filled jewelry should last a lifetime with normal care. Gold-filled wire is more easily shaped and molded to work most beautifully with gems and beads but 14K gold wire is also available upon request, although at a considerably higher price. NQ Designs is happy to refund your purchase price of any item returned within 30 days, insured to full value. We want you to love your jewelry and if, for any reason, the item is not as expected, please return the item for refund. Of course, items that have been damaged through misuse or mishandling cannot be refunded. If you need help returning an item, please contact us for return instructions.
